SCYP is excited to announce our 2019-2020 small city partner, Silverton. Silverton is eager to be partnering with SCYP on a number of projects throughout the school year. A city of just over 10,000 residents, Silverton values its unique small town heritage and bountiful natural resources. The City is dedicated to providing excellent public service and amenities to its residents, and is looking forward to the results of its SCYP partnership. SCYP projects with Silverton will focus on redesigning city greenspaces, facilitating community input, climate planning, low impact stormwater design, and strategic future planning.
